I turn technical depth into business outcomes.
I'm Armin - a solutions engineer and growth operator with 10+ years across pre-sales, product, and architecture. I've shipped a $12B realty platform, hold an AI software patent, and run growth and demand systems for SaaS startups.
This site is where I write up the real projects behind that work - how the problem was diagnosed, what I built, and what it moved.

Engineering, growth, and the space between
My career has lived on the seam between building and selling. As a software architect I led a seven-person team delivering a $12B realty company's platform, designed event-driven ETL systems, and invented a patented AI method for real-time content personalization.
As a solutions engineer and head of growth, I've carried that same technical depth into the business: closing enterprise deals through custom demos, running product-led growth and onboarding, and diagnosing why good products fail to convert. The throughline is simple - I like problems where the right answer needs both rigor and judgment.
